Meet in person, in public

Meet at a busy public place for the handover and bring someone along if possible. Inspect the item thoroughly on the spot before paying.

Never pay in advance

Do not send money before you have seen the item. Be especially careful with advance payments, money transfer services, gift card codes and requests for a “deposit to reserve”.

Too good to be true

Unusually low prices, time pressure, supposed couriers or escrow services and messages with links to outside websites are typical signs of fraud.

Protect your data

Never share passwords, bank details or confirmation codes with other users. Prefer the platform’s chat: your phone number stays private there unless you share it yourself.

Report and block

You can report suspicious ads and users – our team reviews every report. You can block unwanted contacts in the chat. Profiles with a verified email address, phone number or ID are marked with a badge.
