Right of Withdrawal

Scope
The right of withdrawal described below applies exclusively to paid services subscribed directly with SouqMar24 (featured placement options, premium listings). It does not apply to transactions of goods or services concluded between users through the Website, as SouqMar24 is not a party to such transactions.
Withdrawal period
Under the statutory rules (§§ 312g, 355 German Civil Code) you, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. when you book the paid service from SouqMar24.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts once we have fully performed the service, provided we began only after your express consent and your confirmation that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356(4) German Civil Code). If, at your express request, we begin performing before the period has ended (e.g. immediate highlighting of a listing), you must pay reasonable compensation for the service provided up to that point if you withdraw (§ 357a German Civil Code).
How to exercise this right
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Aziz Ennajih, Bahnhofstr. 42, 65795 Hattersheim am Main, Deutschland, email: contact@souqmar24.com, phone: 017632926077) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract, stating the service concerned and the booking date. It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment you used for the booking, unless agreed otherwise.
